Welcome! I'm Alyssa Warwick, the sole operator behind Bloom Fitness.
Exercise has always held a profound significance in my life; it has been both a crutch and a tool throughout various phases and chapters. At the age of seven, I dreamt of becoming the first woman in the NBA, completely unaware of existing women's leagues. Inspired by my passion for health and helping others, I chose to pursue an academic career in kinesiology, having completed two years of my bachelor's degree with more to come. Over time, I've experienced seasons of reluctance towards my muscular physique and others where I've wholeheartedly embraced and appreciated the genetic strength I've been blessed with. However, my most significant and challenging battle arose from the changes that took place postpartum and beyond, both mentally and physically.

My unwavering mission is to promote health and wellness, whether it's inspiring my daughter or making a grand-scale impact. For me, exercise surpasses aesthetics and complicated routines; my sole desire is to encourage movement and cultivate healthy foundations for women and men alike. I hope to achieve this by creating a safe and personalized environment that caters to various training styles and exercise regimes.

This app offers convenient access to your workout routines, progress tracking, step-by-step instructional videos for each exercise, seamless in-app communication, secure pre-authorized payments via Stripe, and a plethora of additional features to enhance your training endeavor.

Monthly Training Subscription: This option is designed for individuals committed to achieving long-term goals and establishing sustainable habits. At the start of each month, your specific fitness or performance goals will be reevaluated. This approach ensures a gradual and progressive enhancement in your overall strength, endurance, or skill level. Furthermore, this extended approach helps prevent training plateaus, minimized the risk of overtraining, and maximizes targeted training adaptations.

6-Week Personalized Program: This option is designed for those who are seeking to achieve shorter-term fitness goals. If you're focused on refining a particular training aspect or initiating weight loss, this option best suits you. The program will begin with an initial evaluation of your specific training or performance aspirations and incorporates essential progressive overload techniques to achieve your goals within a defined timeframe. There will still be careful consideration of exercise frequency, volume and intensity to prevent overtraining while facilitating effective training adaptations.
